During my Xmas stay, I was impressed by the stunning mountain view from my room and the delicious breakfast that was offered. The location was perfect for skiers, as the hotel was situated right next to the ski slopes and mountain walks. Another advantage was the warmth of the rooms, which made it especially cozy during the cold winter months.

There were some aspects of the hotel that I did not enjoy. there was no information available on the hotel's website regarding the extra charges for using these facilities.

Rooms are warm and spacious, and breakfast is varied and fresh. the spa facilities are relaxing, with a sauna and jacuzzi to melt away stress after a day's skiing. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring guests are comfortable and well taken care of.

The maintenance of some parts of the building could be improved.

Beautiful Surroundings and Great Service Nestled in the picturesque Tatra Mountains, this hotel offered stunning views of the natural beauty that surrounded it. the location was also perfect, as it was within walking distance of the ski slopes and all other facilities. the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the spa was a great bonus, and we enjoyed the relaxing treatments on offer.

Room Facilities Although the room itself was nice, the sloped ceiling proved to be a bit of a hazard, and we found ourselves bumping our heads quite often. we would have appreciated having access to a mini-fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee.
